Founder + Church Growth Consultant Coach Dave is the founder of HQ Coach and a leadership coach with more than 15 years of pastoral experience and a master’s degree in Christian leadership.

Known as “the systems guy,” Coach Dave combines years of studying thriving churches with pastoral leadership and entrepreneurship to help churches build healthy leaders, aligned teams, and systems that support growth.

He is especially passionate about helping churches strengthen their systems without losing their culture.

His passion is helping people discover their purpose and live it out loud. He believes churches don’t need to copy someone else’s model to grow, they need clarity around what God has already called them to build. Through HQ Coach, he helps pastors turn vision into practical strategies their teams can actually carry.

His mission is simple: help pastors lead better and build better.
