HQ Coach was built from a simple conviction:
God gives the vision. Healthy leaders and healthy systems help carry it.
Founded by Coach Dave, HQ Coach helps pastors strengthen their leadership, develop healthier teams, and build practical systems that support the vision God has already given their church.
Coach Dave brings more than 15 years of pastoral leadership, a master’s degree in Christian leadership, entrepreneurial experience, and a lifelong passion for helping people discover their purpose and live it out loud.
But HQ Coach wasn't created from theory alone.

For four years, Coach Dave intentionally studied thriving churches, their leadership cultures, team structures, systems, and approaches to growth. He combined those lessons with his experience through ARC and Aspire, years of pastoral ministry, and entrepreneurship to develop a practical approach to helping churches become healthier and prepared for growth.
Along the way, leaders began calling him “the systems guy.”
